Shawna is a beast. She grins non stop to find you the house of your dreams. We went to Shawna after having been looking for a house for a few years. I was a first time home buyer, and Shawna answered a lot of ignorant questions I had. When I was feeling like my expectations were unrealistic, she assured me they weren't. Within 60 days I was able to get my first home. She was very responsive to messages or phone. Her schedule was very flexible, and it suited my needs very well. My mother came to visit me during my home buying process, and while out looking with us, she told Shawna that she could tell she was a real advocate for me. I think that sums it up really well. She's a good advocate for you. She did a great job helping me win the offer on the house over a few others while still staying within my budget.

To put it simply, Shawna is the GOAT. I was referred to her by another female entrepreneur that I trust wholeheartedly. Shawna is the best! Shawna helped me and my wife buy our first home in a challenging market in Southern NH! She is very professional and communicative. She showed us dozens of homes on weekday evenings or weekends and always responded immediately to our questions by text or call. We felt like her top priority! As first time home buyers, we had a lot to learn and were nervous about the process, but Shawna coached us along the way, provided great advice, and really fought for us.
